2. Description and price of the Services

The Provider offers an assessment product called GFI Entrepreneurship Assessment to Clients who wish to understand personal strengths or weaknesses that may help or hinder them as they build their businesses.

The username and password will only be active for 48 hours from the time the activation e-mail is sent. The account will be automatically deactivated after 48 hours and the Client will no longer be able to take the assessment. Clients will not receive any reports if they do not access the system within the allocated time. There shall be absolutely no refunds unless stated otherwise.

As part of this Service, the Provider creates reports based on Clients' responses to the assessment/questions (hereinafter referred to as "Reports"), which can be downloaded and saved by the Clients in their own devices.

The Reports are generated and displayed on the screen as soon as the Client completes the assessment. Clients have the choice of downloading the Reports and saving them in their own devices.

The Provider reserves the right to propose any other Service that it deems useful, in a format and by the technical means that it deems most appropriate for providing the Service.

The determination of the nature of any technical difficulties will be done by GFI Entrepreneurship Assessment. Similarly, if Clients' assessment reports do not display, save and/or print according to acceptable standards on Clients' device/equipment, GFI Entrepreneurship Assessment will issue corrected versions only if it is deemed that GFI Entrepreneurship Assessment is the cause of the problem(s.)
